Erik always loved Kermit the frog.  He spent hours practicing to get his voice to say, Hi, Ho, Kermit de Frog here.  Whenever he was spending time with his nieces, cousins, or any small child. He would do his Kermit imitation.

His first love besides Kermit was Dill pickles, this boy could put away 3-5 quarts of dill pickles a day, and would drink the pickle juice on top of it. Kermit was green and so was Dill pickles. Guess you had a thing for green, you did like money also.
